PROJECT ANALYSIS

The starting point of the preliminary discussion with our Customers is an accurate analysis of the production requirements.
Each request is analysed by a skilled technical team with considerable experience in the field and a customized technical project is provided.

TESTING AND INSPECTION

Thorough inspections at various production stages are an integral part of DEMAK’s production process. The following is just a rough summary of the standard procedure for DEMAK equipment supply:

– Testing and inspection of mechanical parts before fitting
– Testing and inspection of control panels
– Operational testing of the equipment before and during production process Operational testing together with the Customer at DEMAK’s
– Start up of equipment at Customer’s premises
– Personnel double training

INSTALLATION

DEMAK carry out an accurate installation of all equipment, from the smallest ones to fully automatic lines.
Once the installation has been completed, a further testing and inspection cycle including set-up and personnel training is carried out.

An assisted production stage follows, when the Customer starts producing under DEMAK’s technical staff supervision and advice so as to optimize production times and solve any possible initial doubts.

TRAINING

A good personnel training is essential to achieve the best equipment performance from the very beginning of the production cycle. That’s why DEMAK are particularly sensitive to this stage and we make sure our Customer’s operators are involved both in a theoretical course and in an accu- rate practice with the equipment.

Disassembly and reassembly of the components more frequently involved in maintenance, NC or graphic software simulations, programming of software for standard as well as special jobs, maintenance and replacement of major spare parts are just a sample of such practice.
